Return Policy:  Custom Products cannot be returned. 22% restocking fee plus shipping cost to and from customer will be deducted for any returns. Franchisees should contact their Business Consultant  before placing an order on special promotional discount products. We are not responsible for any discontinued such special promotional product(s) purchased by you.  

Warranty on Outdoor Products like, flags, umbrellas, banners, etc.

Due to outdoor elements being out of our control, there is no guarantee policy or warranty on any stock or custom flags, banners, and signs.  This includes their flag poles, mounting hardware, and other accessories.  We advise taking your items indoors during severe weather conditions.  When mounting any of our flag banners, vinyl banners, air dancers, or other products, please be sure to have everything securely fastened.  Contact a professional installer if you are not able properly to mount the item.
